What an unforgettable day it was on February 1, 2024, as we celebrated the official launch of Perakku Sales Santorini@Botani Ipoh, a momentous occasion officiated by YAB Dato’ Seri Saarani Mohamad, the Menteri Besar of Perak Darul Ridzuan! 🏡

The event was a resounding success, drawing a fantastic crowd that added to the excitement and energy of the day. A heartfelt congratulations to Mr. Choke Choon Meng (Unit B-15-2), the lucky winner of our thrilling lucky draw! Mr. Choke walked away with a brand-new Perodua Axia worth RM 25,000! 🚗🎉

In an exciting development, we were thrilled to announce that 10 lucky purchasers of Santorini under the Perakku Scheme officially signed their Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPA) during the event, taking a major step toward owning their dream homes! 🏡✍️
