1) You must be a Malaysian

2) Open to all individuals aged 18 years old and above.

3) Priority is given to Perakians. (those with MYCard ID of ’08’)

4) One application per couple (if married)

5) Applicant or spouse do not own any residential property.

6) Household income does not exceed more than RM 8,000 per month.

What are the financing terms?
