In January 2025, there was nothing here but an empty piece of land.

But behind that empty space was a vision of what it could become.

On 1 February 2025, that vision took its first step.

We were truly honoured to have Menteri Besar Perak Darul Ridzuan, YAB Dato’ Seri Haji Saarani Bin Mohamad, join us and officiate the launch of Santorini@Botani, Ipoh, marking the beginning of a journey we had long envisioned.

From that day on, the vision slowly began to take shape.

Month by month, floor by floor, the empty land transformed into something real.

Today, we are proud to reach another milestone —

Block A’s roofing cover is now completed.

Looking back at where we started, the journey feels even more meaningful.

What was once only a vision can now be seen standing before us.

A vision brought to life.

A journey worth remembering.

A place we are proud to build.
