On 13 October 2025, the energetic team of Manhattan Hotel Ipoh took a break from their daily routines to participate in a one-day teambuilding program organized by Leadway Consultancy (M) Sdn. Bhd., led by the dynamic Ir. Ts. Dr. Lee Wai Yin.

The program kicked off with a classroom session at Tower Regency Hotel, where Dr. Lee conducted insightful sessions on effective teamwork, leadership, and communication. Through interactive discussions and engaging activities, staff members learned how collaboration and trust can greatly enhance productivity and workplace harmony.

In the afternoon, the group moved outdoors to Taman Dr. Seenivasagam, where the real fun began. The park buzzed with laughter and excitement as the team participated in a series of telematches and a thrilling treasure hunt. These activities tested not only their problem-solving skills but also their ability to work together, strategize, and support one another.

The main objective of the teambuilding was to encourage stronger team cooperation and unity among the staff — and it achieved just that. The day’s mix of theory and action fostered new friendships and boosted morale across all departments.

Many participants expressed how refreshing and rewarding the experience was:
