The MAPEX 2025 event, held from 31 October to 2 November, was a weekend to remember! The exhibition brought together property enthusiasts, developers, and industry players — and we’re proud to share that it was a tremendous success for our team.

The event was officially launched by YB Sandré Ng, Executive Councillor for Local Government, Housing and Transport, Perak, marking the start of an exciting showcase of properties and lifestyle developments across the state.

This year’s MAPEX saw participation from 23 exhibitors, featuring a wide range of residential and commercial projects that attracted thousands of visitors eager to explore property opportunities.

Throughout the three-day event, our booth was abuzz with activity as visitors explored our latest projects — with Santorini standing out as the clear favourite. The Mediterranean-inspired development stole the spotlight with its modern resort-style concept, attractive pricing, and lifestyle appeal. We’re thrilled to announce that Santorini achieved the highest number of bookings during MAPEX, setting a new milestone for our brand.

Adding to the celebration, our property buyers walked away with the luckiest draw prizes throughout the event — including the very first lucky draw winner of MAPEX 2025! Their joy and excitement truly captured the positive spirit that filled the exhibition hall all weekend long.
